History of Kali

In the mystic forests deep in a realm where few men had ever laid foot she was conceived by two white horses both dawning that single spiraled horn associated with the mythical creatures called unicorns.  It was a joyous occasion for about five seconds till the foal's parents were struck down by crossbow bolts and arrows that glinted in the noon day light.  The foal was protected by the fallen body of her mother.  It wasn't till the trappers exited the woods to claim the prized horns and blood that they saw the newborn struggling to get free from the stench of fresh death.  They took her as there own after a bit of debate, the leader using her for his own ends as she reached puberty and gained a small amount of control on those wonderful powers she possessed, but the evil taint that had seeped into her pure soul began to take root and she killed him after she found out the truth of her parents one night when he was drunk and foolish.  The blood still fresh on her robes she took what she needed and struck out towards the major castles and cities of Alenstad.

She arrived at the Castle of Ravencross instantly liking the darkness that shrouded the whole place.  Within a week she was accepted and thrown into a war a week later that she had no idea what was about.  The war was short lived Kali attempted to get the King to allow Ravencross to survive which actually worked whether or not she made a difference the clan survived till Heaven left and finally all houses and clans were disbanded.  So that left her and her "brother" Jay as the last two Ravencross.  They continued pissing off the inhabitants of the kingdom.  Jay taking a Knight as a slave causing him and her to both suffer punishment.  Although Jay was a bit more troublesome than Kali according to the amount of assignation contracts that had been received on him.  She was not without a few enemies.  Mostly the Knights, who she had openly insulted and opposed hated her.  Dame Xav being one of them who she openly insulted calling her a whore, a mere few hours after she had promised the King and Queen she would behave if they let her brother live.  Needless to say Tria the new Queen was pissed, and Kali and Jay were offered an ultimatum.  Apologize in twenty-four hours or die.  Kali apologized not at happy about having to do it.

A few days later during a mass spar Chase Creed who had helped Kali have an audience with the king during the short lived war between the Ravencross and Alenstad, made the suggestion that she adopt Kali.  Kali accepted after a lot of thought, not sure if she would stick with her decision or not but deciding to give it a chance.  So from here the story continues...

History of Amalthea

In the mystic forests deep in a realm where few
men had ever laid foot she was conceived by two white horses both dawning that single spiraled horn associated with the mythical creatures called unicorns.  It was a joyous occasion for about five seconds till the foal's parents were struck down by crossbow bolts and arrows that glinted in the noon day light.  The unborn unicorn was struck across the cheek still trapped in her dying mothers womb.  The hunters after recieving there trophies left the corpses, and the unborn one who had struggled to get free from the lingering sence of death.  She wandered off into the forests scarred of everything she knew not where she was who would protect her.  One day a woman of pure heart and complete innocence (the kind fabled to be the only ones to draw a unicorn out of hiding.) was walking threw the woods.  Curious the young fowl approached the woman who gasp at the site of her.  She named her Amalthea after a woman in a popular play that had been playing at the local theatre.  The woman returned frequently till finally she thought of a plan to take her home with her.  Amalthea was weary of this plan, but went along with it becoming a human looking child she stepped into the town... all was fine for the first week but slowly she saw how man was there violence, the awful way they treated each other.  She ran from the place confused and frightened, and once again alone.   Now she steps to the gates of Alenstad... where unbeknownst to her, her sister had tread not but a few weeks before she was banished from the realm...  What lies in store for her?  Only the falling sands of the hour glass will tell that story.
